About Lindsey
Lindsey is a massage therapist, Ka Huna Bodyworker and owner of Fleurieu Ka Huna & Hot Stone Massage. Lindsey began her massage career in Sydney in 2001 where she completed her Diploma in Remedial massage, specialising in Sports, Shiatsu and Myofascial release. After practising for a period of time, life took a different direction and Lindsey took a hiatus, travelling the world and returning to become an early years teacher working in remote Aboriginal communities and then on our beautiful Fleurieu coast.
After receiving a Ka Huna massage in 2016, Lindsey felt a calling back to massage. She went on to complete her Level 1-4 training in Ka Huna at Mette's Institute in QLD.
Lindsey has recently opened her own beautiful massage studio in Goolwa Beach on the Fleurieu Peninsula. She prides herself on providing a calm, nurturing and safe space for women, men and non-binary folk to experience the healing Hawaiian art of Ka Huna. Lindsey intuitively embeds elements of remedial, deep tissue and myofascial techniques as needed to provide a holistic massage that nurtures body, mind and spirit.
Lindsey's Ka Huna massage is a flowing, nourishing journey for the mind and body, whilst the hot stone treatment is a luxurious experience in which your muscles melt away in warm bliss.
